Job summary To provide an effective and efficient Senior Medical Secretary role to named Consultants within the Elderly, Stroke and General Medicine service. Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join the medical secretarial team in the Medicine Division at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a team player you will be responsible for providing a full secretarial service to the Elderly, Stroke and General Medicine department within the Division. The post holder will be required to use computerised systems such as PAS (Patient Administration System) Advantis and the Winscribe Digital dictation system. The successful candidate will have previous secretarial experience and will possess excellent organisation, communication, typing skills andthe ability to work in a team environment.
