Marketing and Digital Executive Based in Lincoln in the UK, Lincat manufactures products for cooking, holding and food display, which are supplied to commercial kitchens of every kind across the globe. Products are sold in the UK and in over 50 countries worldwide through a comprehensive network of distributors. Lincat Ltd is a member company of the Middleby Corporation.
We are looking to recruit a Marketing and Digital Executive to assist the Group Marketing Manager in supporting and promoting all of the Company’s marketing activities.
Key areas of responsibility include: Social Activity across Key Platforms
1. Responsible for developing and extending social activity across key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. This will include helping to set strategy as well as planning, creating and optimising content for maximum reach and return. The generation of leads for sales follow up.
2. Staying on top of trends as well as industry trends in social media to ensure the most relevant content and techniques for reaching and engaging with our target audience.
Development and Delivery of Marketing Campaigns
3. Creation of campaigns to include web copy, electronic newsletters, literature and event materials.
4. Creating detailed marketing briefs for new product introductions.
5. Working closely with the R&D, sales and culinary teams to plan and produce engaging and inspiring content for all channels including videos.

6. Assisting in the development of the website for maximum return.
7. Ensuring technical issues on the site are addressed through to resolution.
8. Monitoring of site analytics, making recommendations to GMM
Development of Marketing Materials
9. Electronic newsletters, literature and event materials.
10. Detailed marketing briefs for new product introductions.
11. Working closely with the R&D, sales and culinary teams to plan and produce engaging and inspiring content for all channels including videos.
Maintenance of CRM
12. Amendments and maintenance as required to CRM system.
Analysis of Sales Data and provision of Marketing Information
13. Make full use of the company’s data mining software to analyse sales data.
14. Carry out research into and report on competitor products, pricing and activities.
15. Distribution partner website reviews and monitoring to identify opportunities.
16. End user research including site visits and developing surveys.
17. Develop new product development ideas and briefs.
Provision of other support when required
18. Assist with organising and manning internal and external events.
19. Liaise with external bodies such as marketing agencies and translations agencies, to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
20. Deputise in all matter relating to marketing for the Marketing Manager when required.
21. Carry out any other duties which may be required from time to time.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience
22. CIM or marketing qualification
23. A highly creative mind and ability to develop ideas.
24. To take ownership of projects and campaigns, meeting required deadlines.
25. Drive and enthusiasm.
26. At least 1 years’ experience working within a digitally focused marketing position.
27. Experience within social media and activities to gain traction in new segments and gain additional followers.
28. Competent copywriter
29. Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
30. Good knowledge of GA4
31. Good knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation such as MailChimp or Campaign Monitor
32. Good level of numeracy skills
33. Good planning, coordination and teamwork skills
34. Confident and outgoing personality, able to develop good personal relationships with staff at all levels within the company and externally
35. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel and Word and competent in using these to develop presentations and spreadsheets
36. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign an advantage

38. Capable of learning to a high level Company data systems including CRM, data mining software and ERP systems and other marketing specific software such as email creation programmes
