Job Responsibilities
* Leadership and development of your team operatives.
* Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all daily tasks.
* Monitor KPIs and performance levels.
* Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will come with the following skillset:
* Previous warehousing experience.
* FLT Licenses and MHE experience is essential.
* Commutable distance from Hounslow.
