About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our student service team. The individual will take a lead role in the planning, development, and implementation of an effective and inclusive student engagement service. This includes cross-college enrichment, student voice, and enrichment activities which encourage students to participate and engage to develop their personal behaviours, attitudes, and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a cross-college enrichment plan in conjunction with the Student Services Lead and Assistant Principal Student Experience & Safeguarding.
* Take a lead role in the implementation of the Student Voice Strategy including induction and training of Class Representatives and the wider Student Council.
* Ensure all student surveys are implemented in line with the student voice strategy and results are collated and reported into the Senior Leadership Team and that there is a consistent process for responding to issues raised, e.g. “You said, We did”.

Qualifications and Training
* Educated to level 3 or above in a relevant discipline e.g. sports, youth work, PTTLS.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of delivering exciting and engaging activities.
