This position is responsible for safe and productive work on projects based in the UK. Hours are 6.00 - 4.30 Monday - Thursday (4 x 10 hour days). * Seek ways to improve processes and performance in line with company continuous improvement program.
* Responsible for ensuring allocated tasks are conducted in a safe manner in accordance with applicable standards, company
procedures/policies. Ensuring no activity by you or any colleague is conducted that may put any person at risk, directly or indirectly or cause any damage or pollution to the environment. Also, any allocated equipment, tools etc are used in a safe and correct manner and not subjected to misuse or abuse.
* To follow direction and instructions from the Manufacturing Team Leader.
* Be familiar with and able to use plant for MAG and TIG welding process.
* Follow drawings and paperwork provided and notify of any discrepancies.
* Weld equipment to the required level to meet customer expectation of quality
* Responsible for producing high quality/integrity products.
* Ability to fabricate, demonstrate skills relating to measuring, drilling, cutting etc
