DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Office Administration Assistant include:
1. Act as the main point of contact for all incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the most appropriate person.
2. Provide administrative support to the Directors and internal teams.
3. Provide timely customer updates as needed.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
5. Update information on the data system regularly.
6. Generate management reports as requested.
7. Collaborate with the Clinical Team to ensure updated information.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have previous experience within an administrative role.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Polite and professional telephone manner.
4. Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
