National Lead: Wales Location : Woking, Surrey Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 Pro Rata Hours: 20 Hours Job Type : Part time Contract Type : Permanent The Role We’re looking to recruit a National Lead to be part of our 24-7 Prayer team in Great Britain and lead our work in Wales. The role is responsible for implementing strategy to serve the church in three key 24-7 Prayer ministries: Prayer Rooms, Prayer Spaces in Schools (PSiS) and Youth and Student provision. The National Lead will create and implement a national strategy, identifying key churches and leaders to serve in Wales, creating a growth plan for the area. You’ll be someone who is a team player and committed to collaborative working. We are a relational movement and seek someone who values and demonstrates authentic connection with people. You’ll be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and confident in taking initiative. Alongside this, you will have a personal passion for prayer, mission and justice. This role can be either based in our Woking office or a hybrid role. If hybrid, there is a requirement to attend mandatory in-person meetings at either our Woking office or Waverley Abbey House in Farnham (averaging once a month). This role will also require travel both nationally and occasionally internationally.
