A top-tier Silver Circle firm is looking to hire an Employment Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join its standout London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a market-leading employment practice delivering commercially focused, high-impact advice to a diverse and prestigious client base.
The team works across the full employment spectrum, including:
* Complex employment disputes (Tribunal and High Court)
* Strategic advisory work for global clients and senior executives
* Transactional support on high-profile corporate matters and restructurings
Candidates should bring a balance of experience across contentious, advisory, and transactional matters, with an emphasis on the ability to navigate sophisticated and business-critical issues.
Currently looking for:
* England & Wales qualified solicitors, or those qualified in Australia or New Zealand
* Solid grounding in employment law, ideally from a leading international, City, or top-tier boutique firm
* Lawyers with 3–6 PQE, though level will be considered flexibly based on experience
* Individuals who enjoy client contact, strategic thinking, and working closely with cross-practice teams
