We are recruiting Healthcare Support Workers for our new hospital!
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) is building a new Mental Health Inpatient Service in Chertsey, Surrey. Silverwood will contain four adult inpatient wards and is due to open in February 2025. Our ambition is to transform inpatient mental healthcare for our local population.
The new unit will provide 64 beds, all with single ensuite bedrooms, two lounges, and a dedicated garden for each ward, as well as a woodland area for supervised walks.

Main duties of the job
In this vital role, you will assist in all areas of care in accordance with agreed care plans and procedures to meet the individual needs of the people who use our services. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working hands-on in a supportive environment.
We will help you develop in your role through a tailored career pathway which will enable you to progress within the Trust. There are many career development programmes such as the nursing associate apprenticeship training available to our colleagues.
