What will I be doing? [you're role will be to:]
1. Manage telephone calls, emails and client visits daily
2. Work to become a super user of Management Information System (MIS) called Shuttleworth, documenting all decisions / changes on client files
3. Prepare accurate documentation on various systems such as Excel and Word
4. Act as a first responder for communications with clients via phone and email
5. Collaborate with other teams such as IT and production teams daily, to ensure smooth processing of client orders
6. Process Royal Mail OBA mail bookings and parcel bookings where required
7. Prepare invoices & send to clients on a weekly basis using MIS and Xero
8. Complete postal tracker for postal profit analysis on a daily/weekly basis
9. Input returns information in correct format for each client & send/place where required, daily
