International tech manufacturing company which designs and implements cutting-edge systems for the construction industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the team including the sales team, the inside sales team, the marketing team, the accounting team as well as working with the office manager. This is a new role, so flexibility and enthusiasm as well as strong administrative skills will be crucial to succeed in the role.
There are 2 days WFH and it is a 9 to 5pm role.
ROLE of the Administrative Assistant:
* Managing and answering a large number of inbound calls, transferring calls to the relevant team, responding to emails
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files
* Assisting the office manager in his tasks such as ordering supplies, booking travels and restaurants, etc
* Inputting sales visit reports into the CRM
* Helping preparing meetings with clients
* Welcoming visitors
* Providing general support to the team
* Liaising with the HQ and the UK Coordinator on regular basis
* As this is a new role, other tasks might be added
PROFILE:
* Previous experience in administration with strong MS Office skills as an administrative assistant or administrative coodinator or administrative executive or similar, or receptionist with administrative tasks
* Soft skills will be important for this role including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability and time management
* Ability to take initiatives to improve processes
