Responsibilities
* Drive the development of new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
* Manage client and partner relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
* Conduct market research to understand trends in international education, student preferences, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the team.
* Build partnerships with high schools, universities, and education agencies to increase awareness and enrollment in the company’s study abroad programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
* Regularly report to the Director on the status of the business, sales forecasts and performance analysis.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong background in market expansion.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in negotiation and managing client relationships.
