About the role
We are looking for a professional and motivated Senior Administrator to join our highly successful School Business Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, effective administrative and reception processes, including the line management of the Reception Team. You will support the School Business Leader in ensuring that ancillary services are efficient and effective. Ideally, you will have substantial experience of working in an administrative role and be looking for the next step in your career. It is essential that you have strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as there will be a need to deal professionally with all of the school’s stakeholders, including pupils, parents, employees, school governors, and visitors. The Business Support Team at Manor High School strives to secure the best outcomes for students, and the right candidate will believe that they can make a difference with their highly valued role.
