Extract Coffee Roasters are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team in the Manchester and North region.
As a Key Account Manager you will work with our National Account Manager to ensure the smooth and timely opening of new locations whilst delivering exceptional hands-on support for the existing sites of our largest national account. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional coffee experience; focusing on quality, training, on-site visibility and positive relationships.
To be successful, you’ll need to be working within speciality coffee. You should have excellent coffee knowledge and a thorough understanding of hospitality and life as a barista, cafe owner or hospitality leader. You need to be able to build strong relationships with your customers and will ideally have several years of experience in a similar role.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hospitality and service are at the heart of all we do so you should be passionate about developing great relationships with our customers and providing an incredible Extract Coffee Roasters experience. You should have a positive and engaging personality and will develop and maintain relationships across all levels.
Driven and able to work on your own, you will have meticulous attention to detail and able to consistently meet commitments with strict deadlines. This is a varied role supporting coffee delivery across multiple customers, so you will have experience in working under pressure while remaining approachable and in control.
This is a hands-on coffee role, the ideal candidate will have experience in the speciality coffee industry or previous account management experience.
You will be based at our training space in Manchester; however, it is a mobile role and you will be required to be out and about in the Manchester and North region supporting our customers.
Frequent travel is required in this role, so a full UK driving license is required.
