We are looking for a CDP to join our team, producing high-end Italian food for a high-volume restaurant. Must be passionate, driven, eager to learn and develop.

Salary: From £13.00 to £17.00 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate).
Job Description:
1. Act on all aspects of kitchen development.
2. Ensure there is a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
3. Provide assistance to the Head Chef/Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of foodservice operations.
4. Create high-quality food to meet guest expectations and to maintain company standards.
5. Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to ensure the department runs efficiently.
6. Work flexibly to develop individual knowledge and assist in the event of absence cover to maintain service standards.
7. Ensure that our guests receive an exceptional level of service and quality food and want to return.
Applied Knowledge & Specialist Skills:
1. Experience in A la carte cooking.
2. Must be able to fit well into the team.
