Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Social Value Advisor to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter. Job Purpose and Scope: Work with the Head of Social Value to develop and deliver Bouygues UK’s Social Value strategy and objectives. Accountabilities and Key Tasks: To provide support in the delivery of programmes that build Bouygues UK’s reputation and help improve staff engagement. Build relationships with local stakeholders and community groups as required. Act on resident liaison matters - serve as a point of contact for local residents, proactively communicating project updates to them and addressing their needs. Represent Bouygues UK at external employability and community events, as required, e.g. careers fairs Support site teams in delivering their employability and skills targets Advise and support site teams with Considerate Construction Scheme visit preparation Support the Social Value team with the coordination and rollout of any ad-hoc Corporate Responsibility programs Manage Bouygues UK Staff Volunteering program Participate in the creation and roll out of Bouygues UK charity program Roll out nationally the staff volunteering program and ensure its successful implementation Manage Payroll Giving Collate monthly Social Value specific KPI data from relevant departments and manage reporting Participate in the composition of the Charity programme and coordinate its roll out Issue and communicate Good News Stories to staff Maintain the Social Value input into Bouygues UK knowledge sharing platform Deliver Social Value specific training module internally About You: Previous corporate responsibility and sustainability expertise Prior experience of working with charities Results and details driven Team player with positive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach Excellent communication skills Knowledge and understanding of Sustainable development principal applications to the corporate world Experience of building trusting relationship with internal and external stakeholders Why Bouygues UK Day in day out our teams deliver some of the most technically innovative and challenging projects across the UK and the world.
