Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Digital Services Systems Access Support Officer based at Ailsa Hospital.
What You Will Do
Working within the Digital Services System Access Team (Based in Ailsa Hospital). As a Team Member you will provide comprehensive support to users of electronic systems and applications throughout NHS Ayrshire & Arran. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of IT access for clinical and non-clinical user accounts, ensure new and existing users have appropriate and secure access to multiple systems, troubleshoot system access issues using systems and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
An HNC in IT or Business Administration related subject is essential, as is experience working within an IT environment in a similar role. Extensive knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products is also essential, especially Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Hours
* 37 per week.
