Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Personal Assistant on behalf of an established client based in Epsom. We are seeking someone who has Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role. Duties: Organise Directors diary and make appointments Act as point of contact on behalf of the director, screening calls handling enquiries Drafting lettrs and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc. Preparing letters and chasing required documents Assisting HR team with onboarding processes Processing expenses Assisting the teams where necessary and any other ad-hoc duties Experience: Previous office experience Excellent communication skills is essential Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed Numerate Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills Able to multitask with accuracy In return our client offers a great benefit package This role is office based 5 days per week, there is no parking on site but parking is available within a 10 minute walk from the office.
