About the Role This is a hands-on, senior-level role where your technical ability and leadership will shine. Youll be working on a wide range of used vehicles carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs while also supporting and guiding less experienced technicians. Whether its a complex mechanical fault or a quick turnaround repair, youll take pride in doing things properly, and efficiently. Youll also have a say in how the workshop operates day-to-day, and play a key part in maintaining its excellent reputation. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8am 6pm Every other Saturday: 8am 1pm Key Duties Carrying out engine/gearbox work, clutches, timing belts, head gaskets Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry and RAC Buysure standards Confirm repairs and identify faults Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used Working closely with the workshop manager to keep operations running smoothly Key Requirements Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally at senior level Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across multiple makes and models Level 2/Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Time served Vehicle technician Confident working independently and as part of a team Full UK or EU driving licence Interested?
