If so, we have an opportunity for an individual to join a passionate sales and account management team in Yeovil as a Junior Account Manager.
If you haven’t done this role before, we would welcome your CV still, as full training will be provided. You need to be willing to work in a sales-based environment, must be willing to work towards and meet targets and KPIs and you also must have a good level of administration and IT skills.
Confident communication is important for this position and we would ideally like to see candidates who can demonstrate these skills from a previous customer focused role.
Key duties include:
Answering sales calls in a professional manner
Providing quotations to customers as required
Follow up on quotations and prospects in a timely manner
Plan sales calls to maximise forward movement
Update all IT systems
Create effective customer communications, emails, proposals and presentations, tender submissions.
Resolving customer queries in a manner which maximises customer satisfaction
Reviewing account portfolio spend patterns each week
Development of non-spending accounts to maximise sales revenues This is a permanent position, in Yeovil with free parking. The position is Monday – Friday 8.00 – 17.00 with an hour lunch break. The salary can be flexible to pay between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on the level of experience.
