We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a firm in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious firm going through a period of growth.
Monday-Friday
Hybrid working after probation period.
£24,000-£28,000
HR Administrator- The Role:
1. Keeping the HR system up to date with information
2. Completing all relevant payroll administration
3. Salary review, probation and performance management paperwork
4. Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness
5. Liaising with managers as necessary
6. Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes
7. Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence
8. Attend probation review meetings
9. Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox
10. Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
11. Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines
12. Supporting the director with the recruitment process
HR Administrator- The Candidate:
13. Have experience in a similar role
14. Previous experience in professional services would be desirable but not essential
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Excellent communication skills
17. IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
18. Ability to work under pressure
