Job Description
The successful candidate will play an important role in enhancing our company brand and employer brand. They will work with both the internal and external communications teams to deliver high-quality content that can be used across all our communication channels, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
* Combine design and copywriting skills to create engaging content that supports our strategic messaging and can be used across various marketing channels, including social media, website, intranet, video, presentations and email.
* Ensure communications are consistent and aligned with our brand guidelines and our company values.
* Work closely with the People Team to enhance our employer brand, from recruitment to onboarding.
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business
* Support the Group Head of Marketing & Communications by contributing to corporate communications strategies and plans,
* Keep up to date on best practice in marketing and communications, using insights to constantly improve the way we do things.
Qualifications
* Experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within a corporate setting.
* Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong knowledge of Creative Cloud packages and Office 365 tools.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
