KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancy businesses. We've supported the UK through times of war and peace, prosperity and recession, political and regulatory upheaval. We've proudly stood beside the institutions and businesses which make the UK what it is.
Why Join KPMG as a Personal Ethics & Independence Operations Manager
The Ethics and Independence (E&I) team are part of the Quality and Risk Management Risk Operations Group, responsible for monitoring the firm’s and its individuals’ compliance with professional risk management and quality control policies, procedures, and guidance. You will oversee the daily operations of these teams, collaborate with relevant Ethics and Independence colleagues, and support senior management to enhance compliance across the firm.
* Ensure processes are carried out timely by working with assistant managers within the teams.
* Oversee mandatory preclearance for Partner and Partner Equivalent populations and manage the helpdesk for Professional staff.

* Drive system and process changes in response to regulatory updates, including system development and testing, and guidance updates.
* Act as performance manager for team members, supporting career development and engagement.
* Lead ad-hoc projects related to Quality and Risk Management initiatives.
What will you need to do it?
