Fantastic opportunity to join a local company working part time in a busy operations team.
We are looking for someone personable, friendly with a great telephone manner.
Our client would consider someone 2 or 3 days per week (8.45 - 5.15 but could offer shorter hours).
Salary is £23k - £25k pro rata plus benefits.
Duties include
* Answer incoming calls, resolving customer enquiries or passing caller onto the relevant department
* Processing of customer orders, quotes, and queries
* Provision of tracking information and lead times for deliveries. Responsible for arranging of collections and export deliveries as needed, including the provision of all relevant paperwork
* Updating and maintaining contact information for customers and suppliers on the bespoke ERP system
* Prioritise and respond to unexpected events and day-to-day interruptions
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accurate data input skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively with excellent use of time management
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements
* Ability to problem solve and offer suggestions for change
* Ability to take direction
