I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Interior Loadspace Subject Matter Expert to join their team

Job Description

* Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Loadspace Subject Matter Expert to join the dynamic team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality projects, conducting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), defining requirements and test cases, and driving innovation projects within the interior loadspace domain.

Qualifications / Skills needed

* DFMEA authoring
* Requirements management
* Problem-solving skills (e.g. 8D, DMAIC etc)
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in design and development within the automotive industry.
* Proven experience in interior loadspace design and development.
