Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE
A great opportunity has arisen within our commercial property department. With a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and expertise, we work with a wide range of businesses, developers, and investors across the commercial property sector. We are now looking to expand our team by hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our Commercial Property department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the senior paralegals and solicitors within the team.
2. Conduct property searches and due diligence for commercial transactions.
3. Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure the smooth progression of property transactions.
4. Organise and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
5. Attend client meetings and take notes, as required.
6. Assist with post-completion matters, including registration of titles and liaising with the Land Registry.
7. Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property law and the legal processes involved. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines are essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents and maintaining files is essential. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients and third parties effectively.
