Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to seamlessly interact with a diverse clientele and team, fostering connections across cultures and backgrounds.Main ResponsibilitiesNurture client relationships both in-store and externally, following client database activities and marketing guidelines.Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to boost brand awareness and loyalty.Maintain professionalism, approachability, knowledge, and graciousness in all interactions.Propose and plan sales initiatives for high jewellery products.Expand network and client portfolio, focusing on new client acquisition.Manage and develop your personal client portfolio.Create opportunities to bring top clients to the boutique.About YouThe candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in jewellery and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented approach to exceed targets.Natural leadership qualities to motivate and develop high-performing teams.Impeccable product knowledge including gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends.Organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient operations.Discretion and integrity in handling valuable merchandise with professionalism.Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools to effectively manage customer relationships.Strong selling skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
