Contracts Manager\n\nLocation: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Northampton\n\nJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday\n\nPrimary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing\n\nSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 Per annum\n\nBenefits: Car allowance or company car, fuel allowance, bonus scheme, private pension, private healthcare, sharesave scheme, additional benefits.\n\nCompany Overview: A Quality focused housing developer with an outstanding reputation in the industry are looking for a Seasoned Contracts Manager to join their team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites and teams across the Northamptonshire area.\n\nJob Duties:\n\nOversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget\nCoordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution\nMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise\nManage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\nCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)\nFirst Aid certification\nNVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Contracts Manager for a housing developer.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\n\nStrong understanding of construction project management principles\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nProficient in Microsoft Office and project management software\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nThe role involves regular travel to construction sites across the Northamptonshire area.
