Key Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple projects, assisting senior staff in project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Apply conservation principles and heritage regulations to protect and enhance historic buildings
- Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations
- Support client relationships and prepare design proposals for stakeholders
- Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into architectural designs
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS to support project coordination and documentation
- Conduct site visits, monitor quality, and contribute to project budget management
What We're Looking For:
Part 3 qualified with 2-4 years of UK experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS for BIM and documentation
Strong design and technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of UK building codes, planning regulations, and statutory requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, contractors, and team members
Hands-on experience across all RIBA stages, from feasibility to completion
Passion for conservation architecture, with an understanding of heritage standards
