The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children in early years settings, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. • Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children. • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures. • Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization. Requirements: • A University Graduate with a minimum of 2:2 • Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting. • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
