Job Title: Healthcare Services Manager
Location: Head Office - East Croydon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station)

The Role
The Healthcare Services Manager will be responsible for developing and improving the Healthcare Service offering within Superdrug Health Clinics. Reporting into the Senior Healthcare Services Manager, you will have a passion for improving existing vaccination and blood testing services as well as launching new services across the Health Clinics estate. Accountable for the profitability of the services provided, you will be the expert in market insights and be able to predict trends and recognise potential threats and opportunities to sales whilst developing strategic plans to maximise service growth.
About You
* Have project management experience within the public or private healthcare sector
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly organised and analytical in your approach, being comfortable with meeting and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders
* In-depth knowledge of the market, brand positioning and trends
* Strong commercial skills to be able to forecast sales and calculate profitability based on past trends in the business and the private market
