As our next Duty Manager, you’ll ensure customers and employees are in a safe, clean, and busy centre. You will be key in meeting the centre's objectives and act as a caring role model who listens to the concerns of their team.
The Key Requirements:
1. 3 months previous management/supervisory experience in a leisure or service-based setting.
2. Confidence to use basic IT software - Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent.
3. For centres with a pool - the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the ability to achieve this with Halo's support.
Joining Halo Leisure, you’ll learn new skills in management, undertake a funded Level 3 Duty Manager qualification if you wish (or higher if you already hold this), specialise in an area of the business, work at different sites, and contribute to the success of the business.
You will be instrumental in driving the success of the centre and receive a sector-leading induction and ongoing training programme.
