As our next Reservation Team Member, you will be: 1. Responsible for all reservations over the phone, by fax or internet, e-mail and handling all associated operations 2. Increase and optimise room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy 3. In this role you ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Companystandards. 4. Follow up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team. 5. Handle reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand. 6. Enter reservation details precisely and correctly. 7. Ensure that information is passed on to the people concerned. 8. Confirm the reservation; taking care over written communications.
