BIM Technician Join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing and integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery. Your Responsibilities Common Data Environment (CDE) Management Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of the CDE to facilitate secure and seamless collaboration. BIM Integration Assist with the application of the UK BIM Framework and industry standards like BS EN ISO 19650. Geometric Modelling Work proficiently with Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. Data Control & Information Management Maintain accurate project records, ensuring information is accessible, structured, and compliant with ISO 15489 for records management. Procore Implementation Guide teams in using Procore as the companys CDE platform, supporting workflow efficiency. Training & Support Help project teams navigate CDE procedures and upload documentation correctly. Collaboration Work alongside Technical Services and Design teams to promote best practices and streamline project information management. Data Analytics & Reporting Assist teams with data collection, analysis, and structured report creation. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols across all sites. Your Skills & Experience Understanding of information and QA data management software (construction industry preferred). Certification or training in BIM and CDE management. Knowledge of proprietary CDE systems (Procore, Aconex, Viewpoint) (desirable). Familiarity with PAS 1192 / BS EN ISO 19650 environments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and PDF tools (Adobe, Nuance, Kofax). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse project teams. Full driving license and CSCS card required. Why Join Us?
