About the Role:
This role involves supporting an individual with a passion for nature, reptiles, and the outdoors. Due to their care needs, they express behaviours that challenge, and we are looking for a compassionate Support Worker who can provide person-centred support.
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is essential, and you should be confident in managing challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered care and support.
* To follow and implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies.
* ssist with daily activities, including long walks and gardening.
* Engage with the individual’s interests, including reptiles, snakes, and tropical plants.
Requirements
* Ability to be dynamic and forward thinking.
* At least 6 months’ UK-based care experience.
* Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
* Ability to commit to a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week.
* Quick learner and able to show interest in client's hobbies and activities.
