Your role will involve analysing data, managing inventory, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. If so, we want you to join our team What You’ll Be Doing: Analyse performance across venues, chains, and channels to ensure we meet or exceed budget targets, driving continuous improvement. Provide insights on market trends and customer behaviour, guiding the product team in aligning product development with strategic business goals. Manage inventory availability, ensuring supply aligns with demand, and work with the Product team to optimise stock levels. Analyse site performance, campaigns, venues, and product genres, providing actionable insights to improve overall performance and support cross-departmental planning. Take ownership of trading reports, ensuring clear, data-backed insights are presented to stakeholders to drive business decisions. Identify strategic opportunities to increase average transaction value (ATV) and margin, and scope additional revenue-generating initiatives. Develop and manage incentive schemes that drive team performance and align with broader business objectives. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to shape effective strategies, guide campaigns, and ensure they meet performance targets. Requirements What are we looking for? ✅ Proven experience in analysing commercial and marketing data, with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies that drive results. ✅ Experience in e-commerce, travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage. ✅ Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from platforms like BigQuery. ✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly to a variety of stakeholders. ✅ Familiarity with GA4 setup and workflows is highly beneficial. ✅ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams across departments and influence decision-making. ✅ Experience with commercial performance reporting, including the ability to track, measure, and optimise business success. ✅ A keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within data.
