You will have relevant experience in: Working with young people or adults Internal and external stakeholder engagement Understanding of early career and talent pathways into employment Learning and development programmes, including apprenticeships. These exciting new roles involve: Reporting to the Employment Pathway Lead and working across the organisation as a Placement and Pastoral Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the organisation with a solution-focused, people-centred approach to early career, talent pathways, and internal opportunities. Managing and organising placements, providing pastoral care to ensure well-being and success. Innovating new opportunities by understanding the needs and aspirations of our young people. Creating strong working relationships to support managers and partners in diverse recruitment methods. Building excellent partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and other partners. Embedding a positive and enabling culture aligned with the Council s priorities and values to drive a high-performing organisation.
