Your core responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and compliance of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Taxonomy Regulation within the organization.
* Ensure integral reporting and strengthen internal capabilities to meet CSRD preconditions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of new policies related to sustainability reporting.
* Manage the overall CSRD project, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Provide guidance on reporting requirements and best practices.
* Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all sustainability reporting activities.
* Identify opportunities for improving sustainability reporting processes and practices.
* Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data.
* Provide training and support to topic owners and other relevant staff on CSRD requirements and sustainability reporting practices.
* Manage quality and timeliness of ESG reporting on existing platform SOFI interim, representing the SD department in calls with IS/IT and our software partner SustainIt Solutions.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who has at least 1 year of sustainability experience working on CSRD. A master's degree in environmental science, preferably in sustainability is required. As our business language is English, excellent written and verbal skills of the English language is mandatory.

* Training and support: Ability to provide training and support to topic owners and other relevant staff on CSRD requirements and sustainability reporting practices.
* Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving the successful implementation of the CSRD project.
* Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles in sustainability reporting processes.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity in sustainability reporting and documentation.
* Continuous improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance sustainability reporting processes and practices.
* Networking: Ability to build and maintain a network of sustainability experts and stakeholders to benchmark and exchange best practices and insights.
