Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of enquiries and ensuring these are resolved quickly and efficiently whilst providing the highest level of care.
The role will be mainly telephone-based and will also involve corresponding with customers over email and webchat.
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous customer service experience, this could be from a range of backgrounds, and the business will look at transferable skills!
2. A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Empathetic and a caring nature.
5. A good team player.
