Key Responsibilities:
Financial Advice: provide financial support and assistance to the senior financial advisor, assisting in the delivery of a financial advisory service to the trust.
Complex Problem Resolution: Investigate and advise on complex business management issues. Your insights will be crucial in enhancing financial awareness, improving performance, and maintaining the integrity and business focus of Service Developments.Financial Performance: Strive for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance. Your role is pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Expertise: Leverage your financial acumen to monitor, develop and improve the procedures and processes within the team and ensure that value is consistently added.Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across the ICS and one LSC Finance to ensure a unified and holistic approach to financial management, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
