We are looking for a Weighbridge Operator to join our growing recycling client in Newbury town centre. This is an immediate start with full training provided. This is a permanent position for the right candidate.
Shift Available:
1. 07:30am -17:00pm
2. Monday to Friday
3. 45hrs per per hour
4. Attendance Bonus
Responsibilities:
5. Safely control vehicles in and out of the yard passing data onto the yard.
6. Weighing material and producing weighbridge tickets.
7. Organised and have a good level of initiative.
8. Completion of hazardous waste documentation and checking duty of care paperwork.
9. Matching reports and checking data.
10. Liaise with the Yard Manager and our other sites regarding deliveries and collections.
11. General tidiness of the office/Weighbridge area to always ensure a safe environment.
Skills Required:
12. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
13. Ability to work outside.
14. Boots and High Vis.
15. Punctual.
16. Good work ethic.
