This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain exposure to high quality work, develop their expertise and progress their career long-term with a reputable, national firm. You will join a team of exceptional people, who have benefited from high level training and have a wealth of experience.
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3 years' or more PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include:
1. Probate
2. Wills
3. Trusts and tax
4. Powers of attorney
5. Estate planning
6. Advising and looking after the interests of elderly clients
7. Court of Protection matters
SFE and STEP membership is an advantage.
It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, work well within a team environment and are confident supervising more junior members of the team. You should also have business development experience and be keen to assume networking and BD responsibilities.
