Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare with parking on site. In a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for residents regarding various queries about their tenancies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with data entry
2. Dealing with tenant queries
3. General administration
4. Handling tenancy-related matters such as reporting of ASB, matters relating to rent accounts, voids and letting of properties, mutual exchanges, and changes to tenancies.
5. Carrying out administrative backup for the team and ensuring compliance folders are updated regularly.
6. Maintaining the Gas Safety register, fire safety, electrical safety, and damp and mould records.
7. Registering and responding to complaints and compliments.
8. Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
