Description
As Finance Manager you will be a key member of the financial accounting function, and will be responsible for the balance sheet reconciliations for the organisation. You will have a strong understanding of treasury and tax, in order to provide a variety of additional support to the wider team.
Key duties include:
1. Managing balance sheet reconciliations project on new software
2. Ensure there is a thorough and robust review process for the balance sheet and supporting management information
3. Develop insightful commentary and identifying risks and opportunities within the balance sheet for board reporting.
4. Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting
5. Actively working to optimise the control environment, including improving and refreshing supporting documentation, working with the group internal audit function, and leading on internal engagement with support from head office.
