What you will be doing As the Technical Sales Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within DEEP Manufacturing and be the key interface between customers and internal teams to support sales and drive growth. You will ensure a seamless translation of customer requirements into actionable deliverables while driving engagement with DEEP Manufacturing services (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) to maximise revenue growth. Customer Interface & Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical interface for customers, addressing technical aspects and ensuring alignment with project deliverables. Own and communicate customer CAD specifications and requirements to the internal technical and production teams and help facilitate the closure of sales and orders. Sales Enablement &Growth: Support the achievement of annual sales targets through effective coordination and customer engagement and also actively promote the awareness of DEEP Manufacturing capabilities, positioning the company as an industry leader. Order Management & Handover: Ensure seamless handover of orders to the technical and production teams and facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Client Engagement & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product and service improvements and provide ongoing support in assisting with the preparation and delivery of impactful client presentations.
