Job summary Nurse Manager 30-37.5 hours/week £45,531 Per Annum, Pro Rata We're looking for a Nurse with the skills and experience to lead a large team of Nurses and HCAs to deliver outstanding care to our population of over 15000 patients. Experience of leading a nursing team in a primary care environment. Experience of chronic disease management. Experience of working autonomously.
