We’re on the lookout for a skilled Process Advisor to join our fast-paced Meter to Cash team. In this role, you’ll help make sure our customers get accurate bills and have the support they need to pay them. If you’re analytical, great with data, and love improving how things work – this one’s for you!
What you’ll be doing as a Process Advisor
Support the team in hitting their targets by delivering accurate, easy-to-understand reports that highlight how we’re doing and where we can improve:
* Supporting the team to hit business goals and improve how we work.
* Using data to understand how our processes are performing and suggest improvements.
* Providing helpful insights through clear, reliable reporting.
* Handling internal and external queries, taking ownership of resolving any issues.
* Spotting opportunities to make things better and more efficient.
* Checking the accuracy of fieldwork and giving feedback to improve quality.
* Working closely with other teams to keep things running smoothly.
Location: Swindon (Hybrid)
Contract: 12–18 Months (Fixed-Term)
Hours: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
What you should bring to the role
* Experience working with SAP and Billing/Metering processes. (a plus!)
* Confident using Excel, Office tools, and turning data into useful insights.
* A process-minded person who loves solving problems and thinking things through.
* A great team player who can inspire and influence others.
* Clear, confident communicator – someone who can explain things simply.
* Flexible, resilient, and ready to handle whatever comes your way.
