The role:
The Project Administration Support Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the procurement and project control processes within the Akkodis Aerospace team. This role involves managing procurement workflows, generating financial and performance reports, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring adherence to harmonised processes. The officer will work closely with internal teams to optimise project administration tasks, support manpower planning, and provide insights for process improvements.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SAP systems, advanced Excel skills, and resource management tools to streamline operations and drive efficiency. With a focus on precision, timeliness, and effective communication, the role contributes to the successful execution of aerospace industry projects, fostering innovation and meeting organisational goals.

What You'll Do:

What We Need:
* Experience in the aerospace industry, with knowledge of finance/accounting processes.
* Advanced Excel skills and SAP expertise (ECC & SRM modules).
* Proficiency in English and adaptability to corporate IT tools.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications.
