What Our Client Is Looking For We are looking for dynamic complex carers to support a young man in his 30's with learning disabilities and complex care needs in his own home. 2:1 support for a highly complex young man who has a diagnosis of severe learning disability, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, cerebral palsy, scoliosis and dysphagia. He has partial hearing impairment and visual impairment. Experience working with similar clients would be preferable. He is non-verbal but loves company and enjoys people watching. Do you need experience? The ideal candidate would be reliable and flexible to work alongside a small established team. Experience working within complex care would be preferable, however training will be provided.
