About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity with real influence and progression. You’ll be at the forefront of new business and marketing efforts, shaping strategy, converting high-value leads, and building a growth culture across the agency.
* Develop and implement the agency’s new business strategy aligned to commercial targets
* Lead end-to-end pitch processes—from prospecting through to post-pitch handover
* Drive inbound and outbound marketing efforts, working closely with PR and internal teams
* Manage and refine CRM usage (HubSpot) to ensure a seamless and data-informed pipeline
* Work closely with senior leadership and intermediaries to drive consistent growth
* Maintain and refresh agency creds, reels, and case studies in line with brand standards
* Champion thought leadership and speaker opportunities to raise the agency’s profile
* Track ROI, evaluate pitch performance, and monitor market activity to enhance conversion rates

Skills and Experience Required
* Proven agency-side experience in a new business leadership role, with success in winning major UK and international accounts
* Strategic thinker with excellent pitch and presentation skills
* Highly proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Deep understanding of marketing communications, sponsorship, and/or partnership marketing
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Culturally curious with a passion for sports, entertainment, and pop culture
* A fearless self-starter with strong organisational skills and a high-performance mindset
Salary: £80K–£90K DOE + growth-linked bonuses
Location: London (Hybrid) | Flexible working with WFH Wednesdays & Fridays
